To start purchasing, simply fill out our Wholesale Customer Registration Form. Once approved, your account will be set up, and you’ll be ready to shop.
Minimum Order Requirement:
All wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $750.

Ordering and Delivery
Orders:
You can conveniently place your orders online. For customers outside the South Florida region, including those located across the U.S. and the Caribbean, please reach out to us via the Contact Us section, email, or phone to place your order or receive assistance.
Delivery and Pick-up:
We ship nationwide and to the Caribbean. For a personalized freight quote, please contact us directly.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours between placing your order and your preferred delivery date to ensure smooth processing.
Purchasing Options
We offer three flexible wholesale purchasing options to meet your specific needs:
1. Order from Warehouse Stock
Shop directly from our in-stock inventory. Ideal for quicker fulfillment and local pick-up or LTL shipment across the U.S. and Caribbean.
2. Prebook Orders by the Pallet (4-Month Lead Time)
Plan ahead and reserve upcoming inventory. Pallet preorders offer better pricing and guarantee availability for seasonal or large projects.
3. Full Container Orders (4-Month Lead Time)
Ideal for high-volume buyers. Enjoy our best wholesale pricing and customization options, with direct delivery from the factory to your business.

Breakage/Credit Policy
Damaged Goods
Notification Period
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order
Required Documentation
Clear photos of the damaged items and original packaging.
Credit Approval
Once approved, a credit will be issued (shipping fees excluded).
Exclusions
Claims submitted after 48 hours or resulting from mishandling are not eligible.
Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We may request return of damaged items prior to credit issuance.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation:
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an online order, signed purchase order, or written confirmation via email.

Pricing:
- Wholesale pricing is provided in our official quotation or price list.
- Prices are subject to change.
- A $750 minimum order value applies to all purchases.
Payment Methods:
- We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Payment Terms:
- New Customers: Prepayment required.
- Invoices: Due within 7 days of issuance.
- Late Fees: 2% per month on outstanding balances.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Orders canceled after confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Ownership:
- Goods remain property of Roots LLC until full payment is received.
Shipping Charges:
- All pricing is for products only. Freight charges apply for LTL shipments.
- Special Services: Additional services (e.g., lift gate, residential delivery, re-delivery) are the responsibility of the buyer and must be requested in advance.
All payment instructions will be included in your official invoice. We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment is received.
