Payment Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation:
Order Placement: Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of a online order, signed purchase order or formal confirmation via email.
- Pricing:
- Wholesale Only
- Quotations: Prices are based on the current pricing provided in our official quotation or price list.
- Validity: Prices may be subject to change.
- Minimum Order: A minimum order value of $750 applies to all purchases.
- Payment Methods:
- Accepted Methods: We accept payments via credit card and bank transfers.
- Payment Terms:
- New Customers: Prepayment is required on initial orders
- Payment Due Date: Invoices are due for payment within 7 days from the date of issuance.
Late Payments:
Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled after confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee..
Ownership:
Ownership Transfer: Ownership of the goods will only be transferred upon receipt of full payment.
Additional Charges:
LTL Shipments: All pricing from the price list is for the planters only. There will be a separate delivery fee for LTL shipments to our customers.
Special Services:
Special Services: If lift gate or residential services required, it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify TFD prior to the shipment. Any carrier charges for accessory services such as re-delivery, call notification, lift gate, or any other delivery services are the responsibility of the buyer.
General Notes:
All payment details and instructions will be provided on official invoices from Roots LLC.
We reserve the right to withhold or delay shipment until full payment is received.
