Damaged Goods

We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged items, please follow these steps:

Credit Policy

Notification Period: All claims for breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Required Documentation: Submit clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging for our records. Credit Approval: Upon approval, a credit will be issued for the damaged items, excluding shipping costs. Exclusions: Credits will not be issued for damages reported beyond the stipulated notification period or for damages caused by customer mishandling.

General Notes:

Please retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved. We reserve the right to request the return of damaged items before processing a credit. Damaged items not reported within the specified period may not be eligible for credit.
Each planter at The Farmer’s Daughter is meticulously crafted, therefore subtle color or size variations, unique smudges, kiln kisses, or firing cracks are all inherent characteristics of our planters. Embracing the essence of artisanal creation, no two pots are identical, making each piece a distinctive work of art with its own individual character.
